What we do
We build for government departments.
Every project on our books is public work, awarded by tender and handed over to a department. That is the whole business, and it has been for twenty five years.
Commercial infrastructure
Industrial complexes, commercial towers and layouts, built as concrete or steel frame structures made to stand for generations rather than years.
Residential construction
Mass housing at scale and individual homes, taken from foundation through to finished interior and handed over ready to live in.
Why the dates hold
Most delays are a contractor waiting on somebody else.
We do not wait.
A government job is won on a programme and judged on a date. We run ours stage by stage, with our own plant and our own crews, so no part of the job sits waiting for somebody else to turn up.

Engineers are told to check a contractor's machinery and manpower before anything else. Ours is owned outright, which is why mobilisation does not become the first delay.

What we are trying to do.
Our mission
To build public infrastructure of a standard the department can sign off without argument, through deep expertise, transparency and a refusal to move a completion date. What we hand over should be worth having long after we have gone.
Our vision
To be the contractor Karnataka calls first, and then India, by finishing work that meets the specification on quality, on safety and on the day we said.
Where we work: North Karnataka and across the state, including Hubli-Dharwad, Belagavi, Vijayapura, Sirsi, Dandeli, Tumkuru, Gadag, Shivamogga, Davangere, Chikballapura, Hosdurga, Talikoti, Yellapura, Laxmeshwar and Mulgund.

How do you hold a completion date?
Because we run the programme with our own plant, our own fleet and our own crews. The concrete comes from our own RMC plant and the centering sets are ours, so a hire queue never turns into the department's delay.
Is the machinery yours, or hired?
Ours. The RMC plant, the mixers, the tippers, the JCB and Hitachi machines, the cranes and the generators are owned outright. Mobilisation starts the week the work order lands.
What is your registration class and turnover?
Class-I government contractor, civil, registered with CE (C&B) North Dharwad and valid to April 2030. ISO 9001:2015 certified. Turnover above 130 crore.
Have you done work of this value before?
Yes. More than four hundred projects completed in twenty five years, including large single contracts, all of it for government departments.
Your work includes housing and commercial buildings. Is that still government work?
Yes, all of it. The housing is Housing for All and departmental quarters, the campuses are state universities, and the commercial buildings are government offices and stations. Our clientele is one hundred percent government, and it always has been.

North Karnataka and across the state. Hubli-Dharwad, Belagavi, Vijayapura, Sirsi, Dandeli, Tumkuru, Gadag, Shivamogga, Davangere, Chikballapura and beyond.
